Comments:

I have been back in Columbus since May, 2004. I have met more people from Jordan than from Baker. But, I am so proud to have been a part of Baker High School. Through the years, I have asked the Lord to save, protect, and heal every one of us and I know that when we all get to heaven, there will be such a gathering of the Baker people. God Bless each and every one of you and I pray that you will each find the Lord Jesus as your Saviour.
I raised my children until age 32 when I went back to school. I have an AA in Data Processing and an AS in General Science. I have a BA in Liberal Arts w/Teaching Certification. I have a Masters Degree in Middle Level Education, (2010).
I was working on my tenth year as a substitute teacher, 4th through 12th grades here in Muscogee County School District.
Since June, 2014; I now live in Smyrna, GA just north of Atlanta. I have two beautiful daughters and three grandsons to love.

School Story:

Now, all of that sounds really big, but I am the same Laura Lincoln that found joy in being with Baker People and part of the "Dingbats." We were the ones that put the signed, bed sheet hanging from the walkway over Victory Drive back in 1971-1972.
I remember wearing an Indian Headband around my forehead for almost a year. I remember putting a hanger in my picktailes for Saidie Hawkins Day to make them stand up. I remember wearing picktailes for the longest time. I remember when the auditorium burned, I was in typing class and no one realized it until we moved to those big tall windows in the right wing (the one that is now burned to the first floor).
I remember the creation of the Dingbats and how our group just wanted a nice, friendly, sociable "click" to belong to. I keep in touch with Sheila Raddin, married to Earnest Smith; Rita Hamilton, married to Van Seagle ( deceased); Wendy Page, involved with Jerry Wood; Debbie Stewart (Conner); and I spent time with Kathy Bitner, married to Ron Scott, back in 2006. My parents passed away in 2007, Mom, and 2008, Dad. My sister, Peggy, passed away in 2013.

Fly a plane. Loved the side planes out at the Columbus Airport. Would love to see Columbus from the air.

Any words of wisdom?

Remember that when you are the lonliest, there is someone that sticks closer than a brother, his name is Jesus Christ. He loves you, he died for you, and he ever makes intercession for you before our Father in Heaven. God bless all of you and Jesus is Lord, always.

What animal would you be if you could choose one? And please explain.

A penguin. I think they're the best dressed of all the animals. Loved the movie, "Feet"?

My favorite movie of all time is:

Sweet Home Alabama
