Raymond Earl Cline, Sr., 76, of Midland, Georgia died Monday, March 29, 2021 at Piedmont Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. Mr. Cline was born July 15, 1944 in Jacksonville, Florida the son of the late T.E. Cline and Eunice Anthony Cline. A Graveside service was held Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Patrick Memorial Cemetery, Columbus, Georgia with the Reverend Paul Buckhiester officiating. 
A longtime general contractor in the Columbus area, Mr. Cline was a lifelong member of Midway United Methodist Church and First United Methodist Church of Manchester. Together with his wife Betty of 46 years, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, gospel music, and the outdoors raising horses, cattle, and catfish.

He was a member of Midland Lodge 144. A devoted father, Mr. Cline departed from this earth on Monday surrounded by his loved ones. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Betty, a son Thomas Cline, a daughter Tracey Cline James, and a grandson Adam Elshazly. He is survived by his daughter Kimberly Cline Monarch (Richard) of Fairbanks, Alaska; sons Raymond Cline, Jr. of Midland and Kenneth Cline (Joseph) of Social Circle; sisters Becky Carter (Danny) of Midland and Nell Barker (Mike) of Fortson; grandchildren Tracey Tello, Franklin Tello, Emily Cline and Noah Cline; and numerous nieces and nephews. His family is comforted knowing that he is now with our Heavenly Father.
