Terri was a beautiful person. She was not only the Most Intellectual and Most Likely to Succeed from the class of 1970, she was absolutely the kindest and sweetest person in the world. She left us too soon...passing on 24 August 1979 in Oklahoma City, OK. Terri's family has remained close to me over the years and Debbie Simmons Collier (my wife-BHS '68) and I attended Mrs. Billie Riggs funeral in OKC when she succumbed to cancer. Gerry Riggs, Terri's brother, BHS '68 and her father, LTC (R) Bill Riggs hold her memory close to their hearts. She was my very first girlfriend who remained a dear friend until her demise.
