I always remember Billy having a smile on his face--always--except for one memorable occassion. Once at Eddy Jr. High, the math teacher summoned Billy to the blackboard to work out an algebra problem. Billy started and stopped a couple of times, and finally the teacher said, "Mr. Tinker, I'm vexed with you."  I don't think anyone in the classroom knew what the word "vexed," meant, but Billy threw down the chalk and replied, "And I'm vexed with you, too!"
