Dave Book was one of my best friends....We fished together all the time.....He attended North Georgia College for just a while in Fall Quarter 1971 when I was at NGC also, before I got drated in the US Army.......He was Larry Caldwell's nieces' husband (Laurie McKenzie).....I wish I knew where his parents where living---I think they were from Tennessee...He had a brother and sister who were twins... I think about him very often....he was killed in a shooting accident in his home when his police pistol fell and fired, mortally wounding him...He was a wonderful guy, and a great friend...He was, along with Larry Caldwell like brothers to me...God Bless him...Charlie Carmichael Col Infantry US Army retired
