Ok folks, it's that time of the year again...

Most kids are already back in school, and those who haven't started yet, it won't be long before they will be back in the classroom too.

Remember to slow down in School Zones and keep an extra eye out for our children and grandchildren as they are on their way to and from school.

And to all the teachers out there....

WOW!!

This is the first time ever I have sat here and read or posted some comments without Glasses.

I got Cataracs removed from both eyes and new fancy dancy store bought lenses put in each eye.

For the first time in 40-45 years, I have 20/20 vision and don't have to wear glasses anymore.

Now when somebody asks me how have I been feeling and how's my health holding up...i can at least say

"My body is shot but at least I have perfect vision"

Make sure yall batten down the hatches...I'm not sure what "batten down" means and I don't know if we have any "hatches" or not.  I'll have to ask Sherrell.
