We are reaching out to our Baker Alumni to fill a position on the Board of Directors – The Finance Chair.  This position requires that you are proficient in QuickBooks and accounting and will become a member of Alumni Association and Board of Directors.

The Finance Committee Chair shall be responsible for the oversight of all Corporation functions as related to any and all finances of the Corporation.  The Finance Committee’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to the oversight of the Corporation’s Annual Financial report, the establishment, implementation of and maintenance of the Corporation’s online finance system and any other duties as tasked to the committee by the Board of Directors.

The Finance Committee Chair will work closely with the Treasurer to ensure that financial records are correct.
