Freddie was such a kind person. When my father died in 2005 Freddie tracked me down at the funeral home to express his condolences and I had not seen him since he left Atlanta years before.
I met Fish at Baker.Did'nt see often until mid 70s when we started hanging around together.Fish was always a good friend.Lost touch after 79.Have thought of him many times over the years. He was truly a good soul.
I'm always sad to learn of the passing of one of our classmates. My sympathy goes to all of you to whom "Fish" was dear. Losing a friend is a greater loss than I ever imagined.
I vaguely remember (age does that) Freddie....seems like we were in ROTC together...a quiet, likable guy. Everyone has to at some point, but it's still a sad occasion and a cause for a pause to reflect.
Freddie was a kind soul and a gentle man. Whenever I think of him I smile, he always made us laugh. I'll always remember the good times with "Fish." Rest in peace and love Brother
