John Pfeiffer - Class Of 1969

John Pfeiffer attended Baker for one year with the Class of 1969. He passed away of Congestive Heart Failure on June 22, 2020.

John Henry Roy Pfeiffer, aged 70, resident of Cusseta, Georgia, peacefully passed, on June 22, 2020. Born December 22, 1949, Karlsruhe, Germany. John was a Vietnam Vet, who proudly served his country in Germany, humanitarian relief missions to Jordan, and in 43rd Engineer Battalion, in Vietnam. He was a warehouse distribution manager for San Souci Distributing, and a vending repair tech for Tom’s Foods. John was a selfless and quietly kind soul who loved his family, gardening, the outdoors, and fishing. He was the son of Sgt. Vincent K. Pfeiffer Sr. (deceased.), and Anneliese M. Pfeiffer (deceased.) of Columbus, Georgia. He is survived by his former wife Myra S. Tinney, their Son, John Pfeiffer, and their daughter, Geri Lynn Pfeiffer, two brothers, Vincent F. Pfeiffer Jr., of Woodbridge, California, and Herbert K. Pfeiffer, of Shiloh, Georgia, his Niece, Dorothy Pfeiffer Wiggs, of Parkesburg, Missouri, Tasha Pfeiffer, of Columbus, Georgia, Herbert Pfeiffer Jr., US ARMY. Laid to rest at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetary.
