I remember the times we walked to Muscogee Elementary (Kindergarten). Down the hill, down a path, cross a bridge and the railroad tracks. Back then we had Railroad Crossing Guards and you don't see them now. How time change.I remember the time he was at my 4th and 5th birthday party. I won't forget the time my mom tried to get Pepper to take me to the Prom. We always hang-out on the the red hill across the street playing tagged-football or baseball. If it wasn't that, it was going to the drive-in movies. After graduation I moved to Kansas and lost touch. I would have to agree with Chris about missing out on the times between graduation and 35 Reunion. It was a year before Pepper death I finnally caught up with him. I was hoping to meet up with him and his family since we weren't living to far from each other. He was in Chicago and I was in Detroit, Michigan. Pepper got ill. He didn't tell me for a long time, that he had cancer and wasn't doing well. Then he past away. I lost a long time friend who I grew-up since we were little.
