Danny died suddenly in Columbus July 12, 1995 of a Heart Attack. He had no known history of Heart Disease. He was a fun loving but somtimes crazy type of guy. Those of you who knew him will know what I am talking about. He had many many friends but could always be found with Richard Morales and Louis (Pip) Arnold. Life is not the same without him. Brother Kenny
Sherri Renew wrote this poem shortly after her Father's death in 1995:
Dear Daddy, I love you and miss you everyday, you were taken and I must stay. I think about you all the time, my love for you will always shine. There's never a day that goes by , that I don't sit and wonder why, "Why did my daddy have to die?".
My best friend Danny Renew. I met Danny for the first time walking home from Eddy Junior High School. I got to know him for about 25 years of my life. God gave me a friend because in my earlier years we moved alot from my father being in the military. I did not have a best friend until I met Danny. We had the best times in growing up. He came out to see me in Colorado Springs, Co. We separated of me being in the military and married. I will always remember how he was quick with jokes and how lucky he was to have any woman he wanted as soon as he walked into a room.
I miss you Danny and love you like I love my own brother. You taught me so much in life.
