Mary Lynda Jones passed away October 24th, 2018 at the age of 72 at Columbus Hospice.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 4th at 3:00 PM at Hunter Road Baptist Church, 1803 Hunter Rd, Cataula, Georgia 31804 with Pastor Brad Parker officiating.

Mrs. Jones was born May 25th, 1946 in Troy, Alabama to Mary Lillian and Henry Russell Hartman. She is a graduate of Baker High School, class of 1964. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, along with serving in different capacities over the years at Hunter Road Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, step-father Frederick Dunbar, brother Charles Russell (Rusty) Hartman, and granddaughter Whitney.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald M. Jones of Fortson, son Jamie Hughes (Michele), daughter Lori Phillips (Chad), son Chris Jones (Kim), son Scott Jones; Nine grandchildren, Austin, Jessica, Ryan, Noah, Handley, Huston, Hayden, Eric, and Brandy; Sister Cheryl Ivey, Brother Lance Hartman (Susan), Brother Rick Dunbar (Loretta), Brother-In-Law Rick Jones (Ann), Sister-In Law Connie Dulin; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Columbus
