Robbie Lois Williams, age 76, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. A visitation for the family and friends of Robbie will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia 31907. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907.
Robbie was born December 27, 1945, in Troy, Alabama; the daughter of James Robert Boswell and Lois Louise Adams Boswell. She graduated from Baker High School, a member of the Class of 1964. Robbie married Donald Paul Williams on March 30, 1973. Robbie worked in the accounting department at the Columbus Foundry. She was a member of Living Grace United Methodist Church. She enjoyed going to church and singing in the choir. Robbie loved shopping and The Georgia Bulldogs.
Robbie is preceded in death by: her parents, James and Lois Boswell; and her husband, Donald Williams.
Robbie is survived by: her stepson, Jeff (Caralyn) Williams; her stepdaughter, Sherry Williams; her daughter, Sherri (Brian) Meadows; her son, Mike (Laura) Williams; and her son, Donnie Williams; 11 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

So sorry to hear about Robbie. Brenda Pope and I would have such fun times with her at Baker.
Jenee Wells (Todd) (1964)
I remember all the fun spend the night parties that Robbie and I attended along with Brenda Pope, Cheryl Regan, Candy Hiatt and others. There was always so much fun and laughter. I spoke with Robbie a couple years ago. She sounded the same as she did when we were in high school. I am so very sorry that another of our wonderful classmates has left us, but great memories do not leave.
