Gordon, my husband, retired out of Tokyo, Japan as a COL. and we moved to Seoul,South Korea where he had been offered a job as an Invited Contractor. He has been with the company for 17 years and I was hired on and have been with them since 2002. I am the Chief of Support Services in charge of Supply, HR and Security. I also work 3 large exercises each year. They are Yama Sakura, Ulchi Freedom Guardian and Key Resolve. During these month long exercises I not only perform my regular duties but I also monitor/schedule 13 generals, their escorts and their drivers. Keeps me very busy. We have traveled to many places both in and out of the military. In the states we were stationed in Alaska, Colorado, Kansas and the Pentagon but visited many other states. Overseas we have traveled to Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, Indonesia, China and of course, Japan and Korea. We have had a wonderful life, not all easy but well worth the effort we put into it.
