Hal passed away of a massive heart attack on September 18, 2010. He was living in Panama City Beach, Florida. Survived by Kathy Burchett ('65), sister, and Cody Burchett ('71), brother, (all graduates of Baker High School).
I'm so sorry to hear that, as I know it was 5 years ago, it's news to me and just want to tell Hal's family what a special guy he was and so sorry for their loss. May the Lord give you comfort in your memories!
