I married Billy Garner right after graduation in 1970. We had two wonderful sons, Billy Jr. and Randy. Sadly, Billy had heart and kidney problems. He passed away in 1983 from a heart attack. I then married Jacob and then I lost my youngest son, Randy, to cancer in 2010. Losing a child has been the hardest thing for me to accept. Even though I married again, Billy was my first main love and we were on and off all through my years at Baker, and he will always be so very special in my heart and is definitely my TRUE LOVE.
