Edward Ray Lamberts, 93, of Columbus, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Parkhill Cemetery with Pastor Tommy Bradford officiating.

Born on November 30, 1928 in Dothan Alabama, he was the son of the late Arter Lambert and Effie Suggs Lambert. Edward taught high school Spanish for 20 years then worked in motel management. He and his wife Joanne, loved to go dancing, enjoyed arts and the theater. Edward was a world traveler and lived a long and healthy life. He was a kind hearted, generous, loving man. He would do anything for his wife, Joanne, and his son Doug.
