Dothan, passed away peacefully  Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at her residence. She was 75.

Funeral services for Kathy will be held at 11 Am Friday, November10, 2023 in Clearman Chapel with Chaplain Joel Laseter officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11 AM EST at Parkhill Cemetery in Columbus, Georgia.

Kathy was born May 20, 1948 to the late Robert L. and Hazel Bush. She lived in Phenix City and Columbus and moved to Dothan in 1983. She was a nurse from 1972 until she retired from Extendicare Health and Rehab in 2017, where she was known for being very competent, and compassionate for her patients. In her spare time, she enjoyed listening to music and dancing.

Kathy is preceded by her parents and a sister, Diane Ensminger.

Survivors include her children, Greg and Jan McGregor, Michelle and Jimmy Deese; grandchildren, Justin and Stephanie Harden and Austin Casper; great grandchildren, Silas and Hazel Casper; and special friends, Linda Lassiter and Patty Galloway.
