Just heard of Jimmy's passing. Jimmy was a friend and was always the happy one in the crowd. I have a lot of wonderful memories of our time in high school and after. My life was better having a friend like Jimmy.

I remember sweet Jimmy from Eastway Elementary school days. Johnny Preston, Chester Rhodes, Jerry Good, Mike Preston, Gary Bender...what a great group of guys. I never saw anything but fun and love from him. Whenever I have a memory of him, it just makes me smile. I know he's resting in peace for eternity, and I pray for his loved ones to find peace in the thought that they'll meet up with him eventually. What a party we'll all have in Heaven. I love you, Jimmy.

Jimmy was my oldest friend and one of the best friends a person could have.  He was a Christian first and foremost.  He arranged many charitable  campaigns  for the many musicians in need in and around Nashville.  Every time I was visiting he always told me before I left " Wanda, if you need anything no matter what, just call me and I will be there."He was like a brother to me.I will miss him so much. God now has a new angel ready to start working. RIP My Dear Friend

What a great guy Jimmy was.  When Teresa was battling cancer, and we had some unforeseen expenses, Jimmy gave a guitar signed by Amy Grant and Vince Gill to be raffled off.  He was always upbeat and loved to attend Baker functions.  RIP dear friend.

I too remember Jimmy as a friend from Eastway Elementary School.  Alwasy happy-go-lucky.  It was great to reconnect with him at the Class of 65's fifty reunion.  May you rest in peace in the arms of our Lord and Savior, Jimmy.  You will be missed by many.
