God bless the family as you go through this time of grief! Our prayers

are with you all. I did not know Jack Dawson, but never the less, he was

a Baker High School Lion and that says it all! He was part of OUR BHS

Family. From reading about Jacks involvements in the military & cilvilian

life of events; it's evident that Jackie was a man of compassion and involvement

to be of "Service" to others around him; what a BLESSING HE WAS!! I would

say to his family members today, be of good cheer & be strong to know that

he has completed his course and ran his race well. Heaven has received an

angel with "honor" and one day you shall see him again.

God Bless the family;

Gwen Fowler-Setayesh   BHS class of 75

I didn't know Jack that well at Baker because I was a freshman at The Freshman Center.  I became acquainted with him at my hot dog cafe several years ago.  He gave me his "paddles" that he used to keep students in line while teaching at Baker.  They are displayed in the Lions Den there.

My condolences to the family.

I thank you for your service.  Your life has touched many. Your compassion and caring for others seems to be as great as your courageous service. I am proud that I have such a special classmate from Baker High even though we never met except possibly from passing in the hallway. God bless and comfort your family. I know you're in a wonderful place and often guarding your family!                              Blessings and Light Frieda

Coach Dawson taught me Criminal Justice at Baker. Because of the introduction to this exciting field, I devoted 31 years to the Columbus Police Department. Retired after an exciting career and loved every minute. Rest In Peace Coach.
