Rita Mason Donahue June 19, 1946 - July 16, 2010 COLUMBUS, GA — Rita Mason Donahue, 64, of Columbus, GA, died July 16, 2010. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home 4048 Macon Road. Visitation will be Monday, July 19, 2010 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home. Mrs. Donahue was born on June 19, 1946 in Bainbridge, GA; the daughter of William and Ella Mason. She was a 1964 graduate of Baker High School. She worked in childcare at Children's Friend for 20 years. Mrs. Donahue was a loving mother, grandmother and wife. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mrs. Donahue is survived by her husband, Henry Mark Donahue; daughter, Stacy Donahue Rivera and husband, Bryan Rivera of Columbus, GA; sister, Dale Mason-Wargo and husband, Jim Wargo of Post Falls, ID; and three grandchildren, Torie Maria, Berkley Elizabeth and Sophia Ryder Rivera. Mrs. Donahue will be greatly missed.
