Evelyn Tillman Morales, RIDGEWAY, SC -

Evelyn Tillman Morales, born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, passed away January 18, 2017, in Pruitt Health Nursing Home in Ridgeway, SC. Preceding her in death are her father, Robert L Tillman, her mother, Carmen Tillman Morales, her brother, Joseph 'Scott' Tillman, her sister, Jessielynne Tillman, and her daughter, Teresa M Foote. Evelyn grew up in Columbus, GA, after spending her younger years in Puerto Rico. She loved her native home of Puerto Rico with a great passion. Evelyn was a graduate of Baker High School in Columbus, GA. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree in Spanish and enjoyed teaching Spanish. She loved reading and was a devoted fan of The Atlanta Braves. Evelyn's laughter and love for life will be greatly missed. Evelyn leaves behind her two sons, Stephen 'Scooter' E. Foote Jr. and John "Paul" Foote of Augusta, GA, her sister, Jacqueline Harty of Maryland, her sister, Kathleen Tillman of Cleveland, GA, her brother, Robert J Tillman of Bonecave, TN, a grandson, Sean M. Foote, and several nieces and nephews. The family will be having a private memorial.
