Evelyn Dissel Taccati  passed away January 25, 2015. Her husband, Norman posted the message below on Facebook:

"With a heavy heart I must share that Evelyn Marie Dissel Taccati lost her battle with cancer this morning. She fought very courageously throughout her ordeal as the cancer waged a relentless war the past four years. Our marriage relationship began at the time the cancer was discovered and it was a struggle for both of us at many levels, along with my own heart illness and her cancer, we were always battling life uphill. It was always my desire from the beginning that we could continue to find joy in simply being with each other. I know that this was not always true, but I do know that there has been much good in our knowing each other. Rest in peace Evelyn. You are whole now, no more pain nor tears, being alive in the presence of God."
