BAKER QUARTERLY LUNCHEON SEPTEMBER 21, 2020
RECAP
Dear Lions & Lioness:
It was a great Baker High School luncheon, as usual. We had 75 present and one first timer. This was a very lively bunch, especially, when the cheerleader did their BHS Cheer at the end .
It has been a long time since our March luncheon and Lions were so eager to get back to meet with their BHS friends. These folks were eager to renew our luncheons. Quite a few had birthdays but one in particular, Maurice Jenkins, which he celebrated his 90th birthday on September, 21, 2020. Hi sister Danise (Jenkins) Constant, BHS 1950, made me aware of it. Others had birthdays but they were much younger. They were in their late 60’s and 70’s.
Many folks I would like say THANKS to: James Lincoln ‘73, Theresa (Pasko) Grandgeorge ’73, Charlene (James) Rhodes ’67 and Catherine Ann Bowden ’73 for the registration table and also David Phillips ’77 for the video of the luncheon. THANKS AND MANY THANKS.
Our next luncheon is December 21, 2020. We are going to expect a large crowd for its just like in the past. We will sing Christmas carols and I will have the music for them. Please click on the site below to see this luncheon's video:
