The next Baker Quarterly Luncheon is coming up soon, June 18th at Golden Corral in Columbus.  If you have never attended one of the Luncheons you are missing out on a big treat.  "ISH" (Ismael Nazario '61) and his helpers do a great job of putting this thing together.  We have lots of fun, lots of memories shared, lots of laughs, and lots of "catching up".

Dont worry about not recognizing someone, Name Tags are provided.

......(shhhhhhhh....dont tell nobody, but the Luncheon on June 18th may have a couple of surprises, so you may want to come and see for yourself)

I told yall a while back that we were working on a little surprise for everyone and I can finally say the Alumni Association will be unveiling the surprise this coming Monday June 18th, at the Quarterly Luncheon.

Thanks to the hard work by Roy Cook, Diane Cook, Edith Hudson and Terry (TEZ) Gutman, we will have for sale at the Luncheon, 3 of the BAKER MEMORABILIA items. We will soon have for all Alumni to purchase through this website, these 3 items plus 3 more.  If you can, come to the luncheon and you can be one of the first to purchase these items.  (and you can save a few nickels and dimes on shipping...lol)  The items are

Ceramic Coffee Mug

Canvas Tote Bag

Stylus Pen

Here are the items, but dont shoot the photographer, i cant take pictures worth a darn.

WENDY,

At the Luncheon the prices of the 3 items will be:

Canvas Tote Bag............$10

Ceramic Coffee Mug........$5

Stylus Pen........................$2

These prices will be higher of course, once we start taking online orders through the website. We will have packaging supplies and postage that will be added to the cost of each item.

We probably wont start the online orders until we receive all the items. Give us a week or so to get all the items delivered to us and for TERRY to work her magic with getting the items posted on the website and the payment process working.

As far as another place to purchase the items, i dont really know any other way of purchasing the items except online or at a Baker event.  For people who dont use credit/debit cards, my address will be listed to accommodate those people who want to order by mail and pay by check.

Rod Man is there any way you could sell  the BHS stuff at COOKS. I want all of it. I have no idea who came up with this great way to show Our Lion pride but hats off to em.

Have you perhaps thought of the money that the alumni association could amass by offering the Limited Edition Holmes Twins Bobble Heads Set. I can see the Brinks Armored truck backing up to Cooks Place even now. The Wow factor gives me shivers already.

Love Harry.

Harry put some drawers on and get out from under the ceiling fan and not only will the shivers go away but so will the shrinkage.

So how is Pam doing.

HARRY, Roy's place stays pretty busy as we all know.  I just couldnt ask him to have his employees  stop their normal workload to sell our products.  But you made me think about it and maybe, with Roy's permission, I could set up a schedule where I could be available at Roy's place on some selected Saturdays for a couple of hours or so to have the products available for sale.  I'll let you know what I can work out.

oh, about those HARRY/HENRY Bobbleheads...uhh, i'll have my people get in touch with your people on that
