I am SO sorry to hear about Debbie. When we lived on Mesa Dr. and attended Key Elementary, she lived just up the street- I remember playing at her house the day before my dad's orders to move to Hawaii (after 1st grade). Always had a smile!!
Sorry, I was the one reporting the passing, I live in Olympia, she was living with her niece in Caddo Mills, Texas when she passed. I must have filled out the form incorrectly.
I miss Debbie, her ready smile and her laugh. I'll also miss teasing her, when I shortened her pants, I told her I would add what I took off her pants and attach it to mine so mine would be long enough. She was and still is one of my favorite people.
Went to school with Debbie from Key, Eddy, and Baker. She was always smiling. I remember she lived around the corner from Linda Wallace. So sad that as we are getting older, many of our classmates are leaving us. Prayers to her family and friends.

I remember Debbie in the band since Eddy Junior High and Baker High. She could hit those high notes. Hate to see her go.
