Born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 8, 1970, Mike was the only son of Ida Bell Radney. He graduated from Baker High School in 1990 and worked in various logistics and construction roles after graduation. Mike was a devoted, proud, and loving father to his only child, Shakiyla Radney. He took advantage of summer school breaks during his time as a truck driver to show his daughter America’s landmarks. Forever supportive and encouraging, Mike loved the children in his life - especially, his daughter, granddaughter, nieces, nephews, and bonus children.

Mike is survived by his loving family - Shakiyla Q. Radney (daughter), Riley Grace Wilcox (granddaughter), Ida Bell Radney (mother), Paulette Baker (sister), Corey Baker (nephew), Charlette Baker (niece) Brandon Landers (nephew), Roxanne Walker (aunt), Jaylen Bordeaux (bonus son), Janiya Bordeaux (bonus daughter) and the Caldwell Family (special friends), and a host of great nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The Memorial Service for Mr. Radney will be Friday, November 5, 2021 in the Chapel of Progressive Funeral Home at 1:00 PM.
