I remember Wayne from our days at Eastway Elementary School to our days at Baker High School.  Waynewas always a fun loving guy and good friend.  He loved being a volunteer fireman with the Muscogee County Volunteer Fire Dept. Prayers for his family during this time of great lost.  May he rest in peace in the hands of our Lord.

I met Wayne at Eastway Elementary School in 1957. He was quite the character. I have enjoyed 'talking' with him in messenger and seeing his pictures on FB . RIP, old friend. God has need of you now.

Wayne was a childhood friend from when we attended school at Eastway Elementary.  He was always very kind and nice.  My heart goes out to his family and Maryann.  He will be missed by so many of us.

I did not know our Wayne as a young man, but I know this....Wayne was a gift from God to those who knew and loved him.  He will be remembered for his wonderfully contagious laugh, his sincere dedication to loved ones, his kindness,  his gentle nature, and his inspiring prayers.   His memory will be with me as long as I live.

I knew Wayne most of my life. His uncle was married to my sister and I visited his family on many occasions. I loved eating at his home, his mother was a wonderful cook. Wayne was a good person. I send my deepest sympathy to his family. Having lost my brother in November, I understand your pain.
