Suzanne and I were friends for more than 60 years. We often walked to school together to Eastway Elementary. We continued our friendship through HS at Baker. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. Via con Dios, my old friend.

Sadden to hear of Susan's passing.  Grew up with her in the neighborhood, at Eastway, and Baker HS. Prayers to the family with her passing.

She was always a beautiful woman.  I wanted to see her again but never got the chance since I moved North. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. R.I.P dear friend.

My sincere condolences to the family. Suzanne was the first girl that I kissed. We were 5 years old. My family relocated shortly after that. We saw each other in passing all through elementary and high school but were never "romantic" again. I'll always remember her dreamy eyes and that first kiss. May she rest in peace.

Cynthia (Cindy) Rush (Preston) (1965)

I have warm memories of Senior year ROTC with Suzanne, and I believe she was also a long-time friend of my former husband, John Allen Preston.  My condolences to her family and friends, along with my hope that some small comfort may come from knowing that so many people whose lives she touched -- however briefly -- will remember her with fondness always.

Sad to hear about Suzanne.  I, too, have good memories of our senior year and our time as ROTC sponsors.  Praying comfort for the family.
